Lore is operated by Sacha Ganem, an individual based in Israel. We can be reached at hello@withlore.app.

We collect the following information when you use Lore:

  • Email address — used to create your account and send service-related emails
  • Journey content — topics and domains you choose to explore
  • Usage data — progress, notes, and interactions within the app
  • Payment data — handled entirely by Paddle; we do not store card details

How we use your data

Your data is used to:

  • Provide and improve the Lore service
  • Send account-related emails (verification, weekly reminders)
  • Process subscription payments via Paddle
  • Analyze usage to improve the product

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Third-party services

Lore uses the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI journey generation
  • Paddle — payment processing and subscription management
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their data practices.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data and journey content are permanently deleted within 30 days.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data

Lore uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely via Supabase.
