Refund Policy

Free tier
Premium subscription
The Premium subscription is billed at €6.00 per month and renews automatically each billing period.
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your initial subscription purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your Premium subscription within the first 14 days, contact us and we will issue a full refund.
Refunds are not available for subscription renewals after the first billing period, or for partial months following cancellation. When you cancel, your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How to request a refund
To request a refund within the eligible window, contact us at hello@withlore.app with:
- The email address associated with your Lore account
- The date of your purchase
- A brief reason for your request (optional but helpful)
We will process eligible refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or abusive use of the Service
- Requests made outside the eligible 14-day window
