Agreement

By accessing or using Lore ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Lore is operated by Sacha Ganem, an individual based in Israel ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of service

Lore is an AI-powered web application that generates personalized weekly learning journeys across topics such as music, cinema, history, sport, and more. The Service is delivered entirely online via withlore.app.

Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Subscription and billing

Lore offers a free tier limited to one (1) generated journey. Additional journeys require a Premium subscription at €6.00 per month.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and authorize recurring monthly charges. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any part of the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful content

AI-generated content

Content generated by Lore is produced by artificial intelligence and is intended for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.

Intellectual property

The Lore platform, its design, and branding are our intellectual property. AI-generated journey content is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our consent.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email.
